First Drop and Stop, Stay and Listen Sessions

Posted by Anne Tubb on 17 January 2020

On Wednesday 15th January Stratford juniors held their first information sessions for parents of children within the club. It was relevant for all children aged from 6 - 16 years old and focused on the reasons why children played hockey and how parents can support them through out their hockey playing careers. Feedback was gained from the parents about what we as a club could be doing to improve their childs' experience and the parents also took away an action on how they could support their children better. During the session we showed how parents can help out with the section and the different opportunities avaialble. We hope that we can do  more of these sessions in the future!
